    Hello Hen House Subscribers,
    Just a message that I did indeed send the PRINCESS her book to sign and she returned it sign,with a gorgeous letter,and the photo of the two of us also autographed in her perfect script!I just had to share the magic of the day cause if you knew how my day started well………..lets just say this wiped out all the bad and frustration of the morning and put me in tip top euphoria!xoxoxox

What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parm What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parmigiana. 2 eggplants 1 1/2 mozzarella balls Basil Tomato Sauce Parmesan cheese. Slice eggplant length way.Salt, the pieces, and let them drain in a colander for a couple hours. Wipe off water. Fry in olive oil over low to medium flame each side until golden brown.This takes some time, but you really can’t walk away from it. Next assemble your eggplant slices put some tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan then eggplants then tomato sauce again add some torn mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue the process until all your eggplant slices are gone, bake 325 oven for about 45 minutes! Bon appétit🥰 . . #eggplantrecipes #eggplantparmigiana #dinnerisserved
