    Yet another exquisite display of treasure – the fun is in the detail -it’s not only the featured item that is the attraction but I love the detail off to the left or just behind ie the silver trays to the left of the magnificent pumpkin and the candlebra off to the right – both a must see, not to mention the red robin swinging upside down from his perch. One can never pop into Hen House quickly xo

    Contessa, Dahhh-Link, I emptied my calendar the other day and sped to your Haute Couture Atelier a.k.a. Hen House and I was NOT disappointed! The treasures that fill the shop are dEE LITE FULL!
    I filled the trunk and I am coming back for more. Those leather club chairs are extraordinary! You my Dear are a treasure. Thank you for opening your heart and sharing your fabulouness with us!

    Oooo,aaah! A veritable treat to peek at all the treasures that abound in La Contessa’s fabulous Hen House. Truly a million temptations! Can’t wait to see more! Alas, I need a bigger house and a bigger pocket book! C’est dommage!

    Love the Hen House in the fall more than any other time of year…even Christmas…you do fall and Halloween better than anyone! Can’t wait to look around!

What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parm What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parmigiana. 2 eggplants 1 1/2 mozzarella balls Basil Tomato Sauce Parmesan cheese. Slice eggplant length way.Salt, the pieces, and let them drain in a colander for a couple hours. Wipe off water. Fry in olive oil over low to medium flame each side until golden brown.This takes some time, but you really can’t walk away from it. Next assemble your eggplant slices put some tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan then eggplants then tomato sauce again add some torn mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue the process until all your eggplant slices are gone, bake 325 oven for about 45 minutes! Bon appétit🥰 . . #eggplantrecipes #eggplantparmigiana #dinnerisserved
