      No Baroness………..that isnot HARRY.However, they did look so similiar!That divine little bunny lives down under in AUSTRALIA.He had the good fortune to be able to come and go as he pleased from inside to outside!Sometimes the glass door would be closed and he would stand on his back paws and rap on the glass to say let me inside.A VERY SPECIAL BUNNY INDEED.

    The sky says winter in our bit of California, but the Hen House says Divine Spring has Sprung!!! What a delightful treasure trove of happy goodies waiting to be discovered and brought home. Hen House has become my most happiest of habits. Nothing will keep me away-see you soon!

    Hello to you Contessa.FYI, I bounced into your magical shop today to see if again you had out done yourself. No surprise of course, you have! The shop abounds with spring and I found just the perfect gift for my special friend who always says she has everything she needs and wants for nothing! Just about then I show up with a little something I got for her from the Hen House and again she is speechless with delight. A trip to your delightful shop it always worthwhile

What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parm What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parmigiana. 2 eggplants 1 1/2 mozzarella balls Basil Tomato Sauce Parmesan cheese. Slice eggplant length way.Salt, the pieces, and let them drain in a colander for a couple hours. Wipe off water. Fry in olive oil over low to medium flame each side until golden brown.This takes some time, but you really can’t walk away from it. Next assemble your eggplant slices put some tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan then eggplants then tomato sauce again add some torn mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue the process until all your eggplant slices are gone, bake 325 oven for about 45 minutes! Bon appétit🥰 . . #eggplantrecipes #eggplantparmigiana #dinnerisserved
