Hello everyone!I have more exciting news to share with you!Please pop over to AMAZON.com or your local bookshop or HEN HOUSE to buy this new gorgeous cookbook!WHY you ask?Because my divine husband and I have our recipes in it!Not one, not two, but FOUR of our recipes have been shared with you on these pages.Do you remember the post I did on FIFI O”NEILL when she came with MARK LOHMAN to shoot for ROMANTIC COUNTRY LIVING?Well, this is from that shoot.However, this wasn’t to be part of the shoot it was to feed them while they worked!My dear Giampiero nearly fainted as it was after 2:00 in the afternoon and it was time for lunch and Mark said wait we have to shoot this!!!!!!!I thought “OH,NO!”As each shot takes time ;I was thinking the husband would faint from starvation!He didnot faint and they did eat(I really didnot think they would stop working so I was very pleased)and as the day turned to dusk I knew we had to make them a delicious dinner before they drove back up North.It was a beautiful day.One I will remember for a long, long time……………..and I have THE ROMANTIC PRAIRIE  COOKBOOK to remind me of it.Thank You Fifi and Mark you have made my year!XOXOXO
