    You need to return to Lancaster County to hit some fab spots for goods for your shop!!! Spent the last two Sundays antiquing all over! We’re the best!!!

      YES!I did get to hit a few of those when we were back visiting, however I would need a little army behind me to carry!!!Plus, a truck to load it all in, then a driver…………I can see the prices going up and up!But remember I’m the gal that always finds a small table to bring back in her luggage from Italy or France!Yes, this is true.Have done it three times now!Its my special bag……….AKA: MARY POPPINS TYPE!

What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parm What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parmigiana. 2 eggplants 1 1/2 mozzarella balls Basil Tomato Sauce Parmesan cheese. Slice eggplant length way.Salt, the pieces, and let them drain in a colander for a couple hours. Wipe off water. Fry in olive oil over low to medium flame each side until golden brown.This takes some time, but you really can’t walk away from it. Next assemble your eggplant slices put some tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan then eggplants then tomato sauce again add some torn mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue the process until all your eggplant slices are gone, bake 325 oven for about 45 minutes! Bon appétit🥰 . . #eggplantrecipes #eggplantparmigiana #dinnerisserved
