HEN HOUSE is preparing for SPRING style to enthuse and astound your senses.Valentines will spring forward and wrap you in pink tulle.The shop is awash in pastels and ethereal fabrics.Spring hats abound and here are a few photos to amuse.The model comes from ITALY so, how could they not look SPECTACULAR?This young ITALIAN woman reminds me so of MISS AUDREY HEPBURN in so many ways.Enjoy the hats and send me an e-mail if one speaks to you through the photos!Most will be in the twenty dollar range.ENJOY!

    Yes! I see what you mean. Very Audrey Hepburn, classic beauty. So great to see her doing so well. Can’t believe you were blogging back in 2010 I must have been half asleep back then, making up for it this last year. Going to read more. xx

      Yes, she is DIVINE!I had another -email telling me what a classic beauty she is!Also, for the woman who was interested in the gold frame……..NOT FOR SALE!Sorry!That frame is part of my kitchen………………..

What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parm What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parmigiana. 2 eggplants 1 1/2 mozzarella balls Basil Tomato Sauce Parmesan cheese. Slice eggplant length way.Salt, the pieces, and let them drain in a colander for a couple hours. Wipe off water. Fry in olive oil over low to medium flame each side until golden brown.This takes some time, but you really can’t walk away from it. Next assemble your eggplant slices put some tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan then eggplants then tomato sauce again add some torn mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue the process until all your eggplant slices are gone, bake 325 oven for about 45 minutes! Bon appétit🥰 . . #eggplantrecipes #eggplantparmigiana #dinnerisserved
