French Gorgeous Piece

Circa 1890 missing a few bits,but you would be too if you were approximately 119 years old!Still BEAUTIFUL.Could be used as a locket.The back opens up.The French have a name for this piece but it escapes me at the moment.$245.00

What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parm What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parmigiana. 2 eggplants 1 1/2 mozzarella balls Basil Tomato Sauce Parmesan cheese. Slice eggplant length way.Salt, the pieces, and let them drain in a colander for a couple hours. Wipe off water. Fry in olive oil over low to medium flame each side until golden brown.This takes some time, but you really can’t walk away from it. Next assemble your eggplant slices put some tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan then eggplants then tomato sauce again add some torn mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue the process until all your eggplant slices are gone, bake 325 oven for about 45 minutes! Bon appétit🥰 . . #eggplantrecipes #eggplantparmigiana #dinnerisserved
