    Dahhling…I do love that amazing chandelier.
    I had responded to your request for suggestions regarding your trip to Charleston. This is what I wrote:

    “Contessa, thank you for your kind words dahhling. Charleston you say? How divine…so many places to see, you must lunch at the latest gourmet extravaganza that “Husk” is (my good friend food critic & author Holly Herrick swears by it), of course dinner at Fulton Five is a de rigeur, the she-crab bisque at Cypress is to die for as is the impeccable service, one must take a stroll of the formal gardens at middleton plantation..in truth too bad you are not taking the tour by the FAB Southern Interiors author Susan Sully is giving of so many exclusive & private places you can only have access through her tour (http://southerncosmopolitan.com/“

What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parm What We ate for dinner last night😍Eggplant Parmigiana. 2 eggplants 1 1/2 mozzarella balls Basil Tomato Sauce Parmesan cheese. Slice eggplant length way.Salt, the pieces, and let them drain in a colander for a couple hours. Wipe off water. Fry in olive oil over low to medium flame each side until golden brown.This takes some time, but you really can’t walk away from it. Next assemble your eggplant slices put some tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan then eggplants then tomato sauce again add some torn mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue the process until all your eggplant slices are gone, bake 325 oven for about 45 minutes! Bon appétit🥰 . . #eggplantrecipes #eggplantparmigiana #dinnerisserved
