AND REALLY NEEDS TO WORK NOT SLEEP ON THE JOB!

This actually was a YAWN that I caught from start to finish!

RASPBERRY GELATO was the perfect FINISH to a MEAL well consumed!

I was sitting in the LIVING ROOM and looked over and thought thats a pretty photo!

So, snapped away and put this picture on Instagram.

My little slogan for this photo was “USE THE GOOD STUFF”!

SEEMS TO ME THOSE HAVE FALLEN BY THE WAYSIDE…….

I bought this RED BOW back in OCTOBER in HOMEGOODS.

The ITALIAN gave me the EVIL EYE………..

I STOOD MY GROUND and said,”YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN A RED BOW MAY COME IN HANDY!”.

Of course my mind was thinking of our front door which is YELLOW!And the fact VALENTINES will be here soon enough too!I had NO IDEA I would be using it for OUR CHRISTMAS PHOTO!

This was the day BEFORE TURKEY DAY and the ITALIAN was prepping and overseeing the pizza oven where we do the TURKEY.We had the” little BELLA” for a couple of hours before she went to see her DADDY in San Diego.This was all a spur of the moment idea as I had the other side of the family coming down OFF THE MOUNTAIN!

Then again I should learn how to erase such a thing!

Somethings seem like TOO MUCH WORK FOR ME!

SO, we saw some old friends; actually I have known this little girls GRANDMAMA since BIRTH!

Her MOTHER and MY MOTHER were next-door neighbors in San Francisco before WE KIDS arrived on the scene!BOTH MOM’s were NAMED BETTY!NOT ELIZABETH like me. JUST BETTY!That must have been a popular name in the 1920’s……………..YES, MY MOTHER would have been 100 this year if she was still ALIVE!

I ARRIVED with FAIRY GOWNS for the LITTLE GIRLS which went over BIG TIME!

SOMETIMES, I GET IT RIGHT!

HERE IS OUR BETTY NOW!
